Full-Time Assistant Guide
Assistant Guides are an essential part of our Montessori classrooms, supporting children in our Children’s House (ages 3-6) and Elementary (grades 1-6) environments. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and contributing to a calm, collaborative setting that supports both academic growth and social-emotional development. Assistant Guides support daily routines, work with individuals and small groups, help maintain a prepared environment, and model respectful, independent learning alongside the Lead Guide and school team. Positions begin August 19, 2026.

After-School Program Coordinator
Design and lead an engaging, well-structured extended-day program for children ages 6–12. This role focuses specifically on supporting elementary-aged students through a calm, enriching, and intentional end-of-day experience. The ideal candidate brings a blend of creativity, organization, and confident leadership, someone who can design meaningful daily activities, manage group dynamics with care, and foster a respectful, welcoming environment where children can unwind, connect, and continue purposeful learning beyond the school day. Position begins August 2026.

Substitute Teacher
Join our substitute pool supporting both our Children’s House (ages 3–6) and Elementary (Grades 1–6) programs for the 2026–27 school year. As a Substitute Teacher, you will step into classrooms to provide continuity of care and learning, offering a calm, nurturing presence when classroom coverage is needed. This role is well-suited for someone who is flexible, dependable, comfortable in Montessori environments, and passionate about supporting children’s growth, independence, and well-being.
